Capacity Building (CB)

This e-Governance initiative was identified by Ministry of Communications and Information Technology as one of the National e-Governance Projects which will build the capacity of the personnel at various levels ranging from IT Minister to the project leaders for the successful implementation of e-Governance projects. The scope of the project is as outlined below :

• Part I - e-Government Roadmap
• Part II - Capacity Building Roadmap
• Part III - Detailed Project Report

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has communicated their guidelines to appoint the Consultant to assist in the preparation of proposal for this project, identifying the possible e-Governance projects and the methodology for successful implementation through institutional framework.
